A "real" update

Okay, it's been awhile since we've really updated everyone on all the little things. This Tuesday will mark 5 weeks in the cast and Natalie is a total rock star! She army crawls everywhere and has started to pick herself up and try to get up our stairs! Our girl is going to be an Olympic swimmer with all this strength!

As the season turns to fall ( a big woot woot!!!), I am searching for the hottest little leg Warmers around to help keep her legs nice and cozy along with some fancy socks so her toes don't turn blue. She would totally mistake them for blueberries and try to eat them. We definitely don't need a baby in a cast with half eaten toes! Yikes!!!

Natalie also got a new bike! Yep, our kid is in a full body cast and can ride a bike. Overachievers...I think so! No no no...this little radio flyer is a four way bike that goes from 9 months to 5 years! What?!?!? Let's talk about really stretching that dollar!

All is well on the home front with our little nugget doing great!

4 weeks

We are 4 weeks down! 3 to go until the next cast change!!! Natalie is army crawling like a marine pro! I want to dress her up like uncle Sam and do an army commercial for some reason....

2 weeks

We have made it through 2 weeks!!! 10 more (hopefully) to go! Natalie is a trooper and is doing incredible. She has figured out how to army crawl and has tried pulling up already! The little nugget is going to have some serious sculpted baby arms and a little tab.
With the two week mark, we have also started Gymboree and she is in love.

3 Strikes

Folks, I think we have our 3 strikes with Natalie. She has so wonderfully taken on some of mine and Clay's most "noticeable" traits. To say I am over dramatic is an understatement. I am "passionate" about everything from a Publix commercial to toe nail polish to...well, everything. Clay has a bit of a temper (never against us!) that mostly comes out while driving. Get out of the way is all I need to say when he is on the road! Now for the culmination of it all...our little Natalie. She has a flair for the dramatics and a little temper that comes out fast. AND for the number three strike...motorcycles!
Clay took Natalie to the mall with GG and put her on one of those little toy rides you have to spend 75 cents to ride! Side note- what happened to a dime?!?!? So now we have a child who has a bit of dramatic flair, temper, AND an infiniti for motorcycles!

Oh boy! I can't wait for her teenage years...
